Services for our state agency clients? Pennhurst Group, LLC, the US’s leading Management Consultancy firm, is looking for candidates to help fill a series of unique appointments. Opportunities exist for healthcare consultants, particularly with State Healthcare Service Delivery experience, at all levels. Of particular interest are Healthcare Consultants with experience of working for clients in Medicaid, Managed Care and Regulatory Compliance and on Information Management and Technology healthcare projects. The latest appointments include: Healthcare Management Consultants – Individuals or Teams Our client is looking for managers, ideally with Medicaid experience, to become healthcare management consultants. Experience of major business cases or Federal Financial Participation would be of particular interest. This is an ideal opportunity to gain a broad range of further experience in change management and other areas and make a positive contribution in helping the state agencies deliver modernized healthcare services. Health Planning Consultants As a member of our team of specialist health planners, you will play a significant role in the definition of medical service delivery strategies, their translation into policies and design requirements, and the evaluation of bidder and provider proposals. You will also assist bidders in the definition of strategy and preparation of outputs in relation to clinical facilities on Federal Financial Participation projects. The successful candidates will have a sound knowledge of planning processes for the development of health systems and hospitals and have extensive and detailed knowledge of the management and delivery of clinical services and anticipated trends in their development. Healthcare Consultants (Finance): - Individuals or Teams Qualified accountants, ideally with Federal Financial Participation experience are urgently needed for inclusion with a large state agency privatization project. Should have experience at directorate accountant level in the state or federal agency level, come from the state or CMS Finance training projects or have been auditors with CMS. Experience of major business cases or Federal Financial Participation would be of particular interest. Modellers and Analysts in Healthcare Consultancy Much of the work will be delivering healthcare capacity models and simulations, using advanced spreadsheet modeling, database systems as well as specialist packages. Other areas of work may involve supporting economic financial analysis of major hospital and healthcare developments. Healthcare IM&T Consultants We are looking for Information Management & Technology professionals, ideally with CMS and/or Social Services experience. You will help support the Department of Health in the development and implementation of national IM&T policy and work with provider organizations and local communities in the development of local information strategies.
